 Because of multiple domain names the following publishing procedures are required for the TRC and LCU domains.
 
To access domains the following is required:
When publishing with FrontPage or Expression Web, the following remains the same for both domains:

For the River Church Hawaii
When working directly online (like an updater normally does) for updating the www.theriverchurchhawaii.com go to File/Open Web and set the "web name" to http://s207062941.onlinehome.us/TRCHawaii.  Then use the above Username and Password when prompted.
 
When publishing changes from a hard drive (like I web developer normally does) go to File/Publish Site the on Remote Website Tab set "Remote Web site Location:" to http://s207062941.onlinehome.us/TRCHawaii.  Then use the above Username and Password when prompted.
